IPMAT Registration

IPMAT 2025 registration is crucial for those candidates who want to enroll in the Integrated Program in Management at IIMs. IPMAT online registration is open from the IPMAT registration date, usually in February, and applicants are asked to submit the IPMAT registration form before the IPMAT registration last date to avoid late submission. IPMAT registration fees vary, and General/OBC candidates have to pay around ₹4,130 and SC/ST/PwD candidates have to pay ₹2,065 for IIM Indore, while IIM Rohtak charges ₹4,500 from all the candidates. Step 1: Registration & Application Process

I. Visit the Official Website

II. Go to

• 'IPMAT 2025 Registration': Use mobile number and email id to Sign

III. Move to Application Details

• Info: Certificate or Gov. ID Name, Birth Date, Nationality, etc.
• Academic Information: Class 10 & 12 marks, school name, passing year.
• Contact Information: Correspondence and permanent address.

IV. Upload Required Documents

• Current passport photo (JPEG/PNG format, within the given dimensions).
• Scanned signature (JPEG/PNG format).
• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets.
• Caste certificate if any.

V. Pay the Application Fee (Non-refundable)

• IIM Indore: General/OBC: ₹4,130, SC/ST/PwD: ₹2,065,
• IIM Rohtak: All Categories: ₹4,500
• Payment Mode: Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI.

VI. Submit and print the application form

• On successful submission, save and print confirmation page for future use.

Note:

Step 2: Downloading the Admission Ticket

(April – May 2025, a few weeks prior to the exam)

• i. Go to the website of IIM IPMAT.

• ii. Login using registered email ID and password.

• iii. Click on 'Download Admit Card'.

• iv. Print the admit card and verify for:

Name, Roll Number, Date & Time of Exam, Address of Exam Center, and Instructions.

Step 3: Appear for the IPMAT Examination

(May 2025 for IIM Indore and May 2025 for IIM Rohtak)

• Format: Digital (Computer-administered Assessment).
• Length: 120 minutes
• Marking Scheme: +4 for right answers, -1 for incorrect answers (short answer section except in IIM Indore).

Step 4: Required Responses and Objection Time

(After a few days of the test)

• IIM will upload the official answer key on its website.
• Candidates can download it and check their responses.
• In case of discrepancies, the candidates can object to the answer key by paying a small fee.

Step 5: Result Declaration

(June 2025)

• I. Go to the Official Website of IIM Indore/IIM Rohtak.

• II. Log in with credentials (password & email).

• III. Click on 'Download Scorecard'.

Step 6: Shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI)

(June – July 2025)

• Based on IPMAT scores, IIMs shortlist candidates for the Personal Interview (PI) stage.

Step 7: Personal Interview (PI) Phase

(July 2025)

• Shortlisted candidates are invited for an online/offline Personal Interview.

Step 8: Final Merit List

(July – August 2025)

The final decision is made by

• IPMAT Score (~60%)
• Personal Interview (PI) Performance (~30%)

Shortlisted candidates receive an offer letter via emai.

Step 9: Offer Acceptance and Admission Procedure

(August 2025)

• Students must acknowledge their admission by paying an acceptance fee.
• Provide the documents as required (marksheets, ID proof, caste certificate, etc.).
• Attend orientation & classes according to the academic calendar.

Step 10: Initiation of Courses

(August – September 2025)
